OUR LOCAL SERVICE PROJECTS

 

  • Food, clothing, or school‑supply drives for local families and youth programs.
  • Literacy and education projects, such as book donations, reading with early‑grade students, or scholarships.
  • Health and safety efforts, like supporting community clinics, firefighters, or local disaster response.
  • Support for unhoused people or veterans through supplies, furnishings, or transitional‑housing support.
  • Environmental clean‑ups, park improvements, and similar neighborhood projects.
  • District community grants are specifically designed to help us fund these smaller, short‑term local activities that address needs “close to home.

    Camp RYLA Youth Leadership Camp

    Rotarian Roger Taylor has identified two Falls High School students to participate in this year’s RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) Program. 

    District 6630 Camp RYLA is a 5-day leadership training camp held in June 21–25, 2026 at Hiram College.

     The camp focuses on the personal and professional development of high school students. 

    Rotary clubs throughout the world are committed to helping shape the leadership skills of today’s youth. Camp RYLA is one-way Rotarians achieve this goal.
